19 September I'll back (in shape) againI'm still alive, but from the past month and before that I've been illed and I'm trying to get myself healthy again. I've been in and out the hospital a lot lately to check up with the doctor. Besides gaining weight, getting weak, and having a slower rate of metabolism, my blood test and the heart beating results turn out pretty sattisfied. I was encouraged by my family members, teacher and doctor to do some exercies and eat less carbohydrates eat more veg. to maintain my good health (and I hope to get in shape again). Right now, I'm enjoy such a hurry walk between Chula un. and my dorm in plesant day. I even walk longer for the weekends (when there aren't any weekends shuttle buses). This theory came from my sister that you'll unknowingly burn your carrories. I do need to go the gym for more serious exercise for a couple times a week though, like jocking, tennis and swimming. That's the future plan.
Conclusion:
I'll avoid eating junks, eat less snacks between meals, eat proper foods, exercies, have at least seven to eight hours sleep, enjoy studying, come home offen, and enjoy the life.
